First, how it works
1. Pilot pressure reducing valve
Pilot operated relief valve by changing the throttling area, let the kinetic energy of the flow velocity and fluid in the pipeline system changes, different levels of pressure losses, achieve the purpose of pipeline internal pressure relief, through careful control and adjustment, to make the valve internal pressure fluctuations and the spring force reached a balance, eventually make the valve after pressure in the pipeline to keep a constant within a certain error range.
The pilot pressure reducing valve USES the hydraulic pressure principle to realize the control. Pilot pressure reducing valve as a local pressure change adjustment and throttling components, by adjusting the inlet pressure, it will be reduced to a certain set of outlet pressure range, and then rely on the energy of the medium itself, so that the outlet pressure automatically maintain a stable valve.
2. Proportional pressure reducing valve
Proportional pressure reducing valve is a numerical ratio to control the pressure valve after the valve, valve pressure before and valve pressure ratio of 2:1,3:1, etc. The pressure behind the valve changes with the pressure in front of the valve. The pressure behind the valve is not constant, but keeps a certain ratio with the pressure in front of the valve. When the pressure in front of the valve increases, the pressure behind the valve increases proportionally, when the pressure in front of the valve decreases, the pressure behind the valve decreases proportionally, keeping the pressure ratio of the valve inlet and outlet unchanged.
